When you order, reserve, pay or message us, we may collect your name, mobile number, order history and any messages you send us on WhatsApp, phone or Instagram.
How we use it
- To take and deliver your orders and reply to your questions.
- To send order updates, bills and reservation confirmations.
- To send offers, new menu items and event news on WhatsApp, only if you have agreed to receive them.
WhatsApp messages
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform and our billing software provider to send messages. You can stop promotional messages at any time by replying STOP or by telling our staff. Order-related messages may still be sent.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the café, such as our billing and messaging software and delivery partners, and only for the purposes above, or when the law requires it.
Storage and security
Your details are stored in our billing system and messaging tools with reasonable security measures. We keep them only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
